Role Description The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations that support Esse India’s service delivery and internal processes. This role includes managing demand planning, procurement activities, and supplier relationships to ensure timely availability of resources and service materials.

The Supply Chain

Manager will monitor inventory levels, implement supply management strategies, and coordinate logistics to optimize cost, efficiency, and reliability. Daily tasks involve analyzing data to forecast needs, identifying process improvements, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation,



preparing regular performance reports, and supporting management in strategic decision-making related to supply chain operations.

Qualifications

Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to align resource availability with business needs.

Proficiency in supply management and procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Experience in inventory management, with the ability to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a service-oriented or consulting environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Proficiency in supply chain or ERP software and MS Office tools; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is beneficial.
