Job Details
Conduct daily data audits for promoter submissions. Address underperformance through field visits, coaching, and retraining. Provide on-ground training to current or underperforming staff. Monitor team attendance, grooming, and store relationships.
Ensure daily reporting accuracy and timely submission. Maintain regular communication with store managers and client representatives. Prepare daily performance reports and highlight key concerns or gaps.
Conduct skill development sessions and gather feedback from the team.
