Role and key Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end hiring for the location
- Team management
- Maintain a close working relationship with Operations, and other Concentrix managers, supervisors, and consultants.
- Vendor management
- Maintaining candidate’s database
- Good candidate experience
- Innovative in exploring different low-cost sourcing channels.
- Meeting hiring timelines.
Key skills & knowledge:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables..
- Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
- Self-starter,
sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team.
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule.
- Occasional travel
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from a college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
