We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily hub operations, manage delivery executives, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. The role typically includes supervising hub activities, coordinating deliveries, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hub and last-mile delivery operations.
- Manage, guide, and monitor delivery executives and hub staff.
- Ensure timely inbound, sorting, dispatch, and outbound shipments.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery and operational issues.
- Maintain inventory and shipment accuracy.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle escalations from customers and delivery partners professionally.
- Drive process improvements to achieve operational KPIs.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of logistics, warehouse, and last-mile operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, or e-commerce operations.
- Prior experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Hub In-charge is an advantage.
