### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our imported lifestyle supermarket. The candidate should be capable of leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.

### Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day store operations.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Handle billing,



cash management, and daily store reports.
- Achieve store sales targets and improve team performance.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with store policies.

### Eligibility

- Experience: 0-5 years as a Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager.
- Experience in supermarkets, lifestyle stores, retail chains, department stores, or imported product stores is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
