– Civil Supervisor/Site Engineer (Luxury High-Rise Residential Projects)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate

Experience: 4–10 Years

Industry: Luxury Residential | High-Rise | Multi-Storey Construction

Job Purpose To supervise and execute RCC and finishing works for luxury high-rise residential projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of RCC structural works and finishing activities.
- Monitor shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, tiling, false ceiling, and other finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Plan daily work schedules and monitor labour productivity.
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, machinery, and tools at site.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify site issues immediately.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within planned timelines.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and material consumption reports.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Verify measurements and contractor billing as per executed work.
- Identify construction issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain housekeeping and site discipline.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC execution and luxury finishing works.
- Experience in high-rise residential or multi-storey building projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and site execution practices.
- Experience in labour and subcontractor management.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury residential/high-rise building projects.
- Hands-on experience supervising RCC and premium finishing works.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.
