Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Supply Chain Executive at Premium Coatings.

The Supply Chain

Executive will manage day-to-day supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and coordinating with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods. This role involves creating and maintaining production plans, tracking order status, and resolving bottlenecks to support on-time delivery to customers.

Executive will analyze data and performance metrics to improve forecast accuracy, optimize stock levels, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. The role also includes regular communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Production Planning skills to support accurate forecasting and effective scheduling.

Candidates should possess solid Supply Chain Operations experience, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and process optimization.

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to supply chain performance.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.

Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.

Experience in manufacturing, coatings, chemicals, or related industries, along with proficiency in ERP or supply chain planning tools, is an advantage.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail is required.
