- Supervise plant activities including manpower management, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Interpret engineering drawings and troubleshoot machining problems.
- Lead, motivate, and manage personnel, including conducting performance reviews.
- Train recent employees on proper tool usage, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Enforce company safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Background:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machining operations, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Hands-on knowledge of Grinding, Milling, Sink EDM, and Wire EDM machining processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills.
