Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Study Abroad Counselor at our Athwalines & MotaVarchha -Surat location who can combine expert counseling with strong sales skills. The role involves guiding students and parents, understanding their goals, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, universities, courses, and visa procedures
- Understand student profiles and suggest suitable options
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams effectively
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate student records
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress effectively.




- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to students

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling or education sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with good negotiation ability
- Knowledge of visa processes for major countries is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred
