What You'll Own:

This is not a back-office role.

You will be the face of AdmissionLabs in Nashik — the first person students meet, the last person they remember.

? Handle all walk-in students and online leads end to end

? Counsel students and parents on German university admissions

? Evaluate student profiles and guide them on eligibility and program fit

? Manage the front desk, daily center operations and CRM updates

? Convert leads into enrollments — with confidence and integrity

? Coordinate with our Germany HQ for smooth student progress

? Represent AdmissionLabs at college events, seminars and outreach drives

? Assist students with university applications, visa documents and post-arrival support ✅ What We're Looking For:

Must Have

⭐ Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales,



counseling or customer-facing roles

⭐ Exceptional English communication — spoken and written (non-negotiable)

⭐ Fluency in Hindi and Marathi

⭐ Proven front desk or sales experience — you know how to handle people and close

⭐ High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told, you act

⭐ Confidence, professionalism and warmth in every interaction

⭐ Comfort in a target-driven environment

Great to Have

? Knowledge of German language (big advantage — will be prioritized)

? Experience in study abroad or education consulting

? Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
