Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NAs the Student Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire student lifecycle—from enrolment and induction through academic progression and successful transition to partner universities.

NYou will collaborate closely with academic leadership, admissions, quality assurance teams, and international university partners to deliver an outstanding student experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

NKey Responsibilities

nLead and oversee Student Services operations across multiple campuses

NDevelop and implement student engagement, retention, and success strategies

NEnsure high-quality student welfare, wellbeing, safeguarding, and pastoral support

NManage student induction programmes and academic support initiatives

NMonitor student attendance, engagement, progression, and retention

NOversee complaints, appeals, and student feedback processes

NBuild, mentor, and lead high-performing Student Support teams

NCollaborate with academicdepartments, admissions, finance, and international university

Npartners





nAnalyse student data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

NEnsure compliance with institutional policies and international education standards

nWe're Looking For

N1-8–12 years of experience in Student Services, Higher Education, or International Education.

N2-Proven leadership experience managing student-facing teams and multi-campus operations.

N3-Robust understanding ofstudent lifecycle management, retention, and progression strategi

N4-Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

N5-Experience working withuniversities, pathway providers, or overseas education organizations will be highly preferred.
