We are looking for a Student Experience & Quality Executive to champion student satisfaction, monitor the quality of academic and administrative services, and help us continuously enhance the learning journey across our campuses.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, analysing feedback, solving problems, and driving meaningful improvements.

Student

Experience & Engagement

Conduct structured one-on-one student interactions and satisfaction audits.

Build strong relationships with students across Fashion, Interior, and Design programmes.

Understand student concerns and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with academic and administrative teams.

Student Satisfaction & Quality Monitoring

Plan and execute monthly student satisfaction surveys.

Monitor teaching quality, faculty effectiveness, and administrative service levels.

Identify trends, recurring concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

Track student experience metrics across campuses and programmes.

Quality Assurance

Conduct regular student experience audits.

Ensure action plans are implemented and followed through.

Work closely with Programme Heads and support teams to improve student outcomes.





Recommend initiatives that enhance academic quality and student services.

Reporting & Data Analysis

Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for management.

Analyse feedback data and present insights with recommendations.

Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions, concerns, and action plans.

Track key performance indicators and measure improvements over time.

Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced).

Google Workspace.

Experience with Google Forms or survey platforms.

Data analysis and report preparation.

Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio is an advantage.
