nObjective: This strategic role within the Cable SBU is designed for a high-performing skilled who will work closely with the leadership team to drive market intelligence & GTM strategies & support in operational excellence.

NJob responsibilities:

NMarket Intelligence & Benchmarking:

N- Market intelligence across competitor movements, pricing, features benchmarking to support partnership decisions

N- Perform data analysis, develop storylines, and manage project schedules

N- Strategic collaboration with key stakeholders to turn business strategies into action plans

N- Own problem statements end-to-end—from framing to execution

N- Function as a go to person supporting decision-making through data, and structured analysis

N- Assist in drafting proposals, MoUs, and partnership frameworks

NOperational Improvement for Existing Business:

N- Analyse current businessprocesses and identify areas for efficiency enhancement





N- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives

N- Monitor key KPIs

n- Conduct CAPEX planning to support revenue aspirations in a timely manner

N- Support business transformation and digital automation projects.

NDevelop GTM Strategy & Launch New Products:

N- Ensure cross-functional alignment across R&D;, sourcing, sales, marketing, and operations

N- Evaluate new product opportunities and go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue

N- Deep dive into sales, margins, channel performance, and portfolio data to identify opportunities and red flags

N- Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies

N- Conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis

N- Support product launch planning, execution, and performance tracking

N- Prepare business cases and launch presentations for leadership approval
