Purpose of the Role To work closely with the CMD, CEO, Board of Directors and CXOs in formulating and executing the organization's long-term and short-term strategic vision. The role will drive business transformation initiatives, new business development, operational excellence, digital transformation, ERP implementation, governance frameworks, performance management systems and cross-functional strategic projects across all business verticals.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute preferred.
- Certified ERP module certification (SAP/Oracle) will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 710 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Excellence, Operations, Project Management or Corporate Planning.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Forging, Auto Components, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Products or related sectors.
- Proven experience in driving organizational transformation, ERP implementation, process improvement and strategic business initiatives.
- Exposure to M&A;, Joint Ventures, New Business Development or Corporate Strategy will be highly preferred
