Job Title: Manager Corporate Deals Technology

About the Role:

Join PwCs Corporate Deals Technology team as a Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping technology strategies that drive successful M&A; transactions. You will work closely with global clients to deliver innovative solutions across technology integrations, separations, carve-outs, and divestitures, enabling scalable and profitable business transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across the IT deal spectrum, including Due Diligence, Integration, and Separation planning and execution.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and stakeholders to develop and implement M&A; technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee solution architecture and implementation, ensuring delivery excellence within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop detailed financial models covering IT synergies, one-time costs, standalone costs, and stranded costs to support deal decisions.
- Advise on enterprise architecture, integration/separation strategies, and best practices across key IT pillars including Apps Rationalization,



Cloud Strategy, Cybersecurity, and ERP transformation.
- Mentor and coach senior associates and associates to drive high-impact deliverables and build a high-performance team culture.
- Engage proactively in business development activities to identify growth opportunities and contribute to proposal development and thought leadership.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to elevate the PwC brand and foster collaboration across globally distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in IT M&A;, IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Due Diligence.
- Strong technical knowledge across IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex client engagements.
- Exceptional project management, stakeholder communication, and executive presence.
- Robust analytical capabilities including data and cost modeling.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, IoT, and Cloud solutions is a plus.
