Make-A-Wish India is on a mission to grant wishes of children with critical illnesses across the country. We're the second largest affiliate of the global Make-A-Wish network spanning 50+ affiliates, and one of India's most recognised and trusted non-profit brands (consistently ranked among the top-of-mind charities in the country). This role puts you in the front row seat of our journey; owning how the organisation shows up in the world, and turning that visibility directly into more wishes granted.

What you'll own:

? Partnerships across CSR, foundations, media & the wider ecosystem

✍️ Communications & brand storytelling; campaigns, social, reports & wish narratives

⭐ Celebrity wish amplification & high-sensitivity logistics

⚙️ Systems & CRM to help us scale

? Fundraising & donor stewardship; a function you'll co-own and co-collaborate on What you bring to the table: ?

Ideally around ~2–4 years across partnerships, communications, fundraising or similar; a generalist who can do both strategy and hands-on execution A relationship-first operator: strong at outreach, pitching, negotiation, and the follow-up & stewardship that keeps relationships alive long after the deal closes A sharp storyteller:



you can turn wishes and impact into explicit, compelling decks, proposals, reports and campaigns that can help us amplify our mission

Design-capable: solid graphic design instincts, proficient in Canva/Figma/Adobe Suite and similar, polished PowerPoints & documents, and an eye for quality across everything we put out

Disciplined with systems: comfortable owning a CRM, trackers and reporting, with real follow-up discipline

Calm under pressure: you operate with poise in high-stakes, reputation-sensitive moments (think celebrity wishes)

? Based in Mumbai or Delhi, open to hybrid/remote + happy to collaborate with our local teams across our 8 operational cities in India.
