Essel Foundries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Store Officer to manage day-to-day store operations in our electrical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory management, material handling, stock control, and store documentation. Candidates must have prior experience in an electrical manufacturing company and a good understanding of electrical materials used in the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities

Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.

Prepare and maintain GRNs, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store documentation.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for timely replenishment.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage and identification of materials to avoid damage or shortages.

Follow FIFO practices and maintain inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth material movement.

Handle inward and outward material entries in Tally ERP.

Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly inventory reports.

Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store.

Support internal and external inventory audits.

Required

Skills

4–10 years of experience in Store Operations within an Electrical Manufacturing Company.

Valuable knowledge of electrical materials and inventory management.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Strong understanding of GRN, material receipt & issue, stock reconciliation, inventory control, and documentation.

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

Additional certification in Stores, Inventory Management, or ERP will be an added advantage.
