ABOUT THE ROLE As our Store Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our daily business activities. Because this is a hybrid role that spans across multiple business functions, we are looking for a highly capable individual to take full ownership of the store's backend processes.

From ensuring our premium inventory is perfectly maintained to balancing the books, this role requires a sharp, versatile qualified who can handle cross-functional duties with precision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Store Operations & E-commerce Fulfillment: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all online orders are processed, packed, and dispatched seamlessly.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Take charge of end-to-end inventory control. You will track stock levels, conduct regular audits, manage stock inwards/outwards, and ensure our premium dates and nuts are stored under optimal conditions.
- Accounts & Record-Keeping: Handle daily accounting tasks, including billing, invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial ledgers.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with delivery partners and suppliers to ensure timely dispatches and procurements. WHY YOUR QUALIFICATIONS MATTER

We need someone who deeply understands both the flow of goods and the flow of money. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in store operations, inventory management, or accounting (preferably in retail or e-commerce).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and inventory management tools.
- Excellent command over MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to prevent stock discrepancies and accounting errors.
