Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our luxury designer boutique specializing in premium Indian ethnic wear, including bridal lehengas, couture, sarees, gowns, and festive collections. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury fashion retail, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to drive sales while delivering a world-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall operations of the luxury boutique, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maximizing store profitability.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling and luxury service.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/VIP clients and bridal customers.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the store team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Handle customer queries, alterations,



custom orders, and after-sales service efficiently.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and warehouse teams for new launches and promotions.
- Maintain store hygiene, security, SOP compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in luxury retail and designer ethnic wear.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of bridal lehengas, couture, designer sarees, fabrics, embroidery, and styling.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
- Well-groomed personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Background Candidates from premium designer brands such as Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Anita Dongre, Aza Fashions, Ogaan, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, Kalki Fashion, Frontier Raas, or other luxury ethnic wear brands will be preferred.
