Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the outlet.

- Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and monitor key business metrics.

- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, store compliance, and operational standards.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of store presentation.

- Handle customer concerns effectively and foster a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and retail/POS systems.
