Role Description The Store Officer role at NOCIL Limited is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day store and inventory operations. This includes maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring material movement, and ensuring timely availability of items required for production and other functions.

The Store

Officer will prepare and process purchase orders and goods receipt notes, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams, and reconcile physical stock with system records.



The role involves implementing inventory control procedures, tracking reorder levels, managing documentation, and supporting audits and compliance requirements.

Officer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize stock levels, reduce discrepancies, and support efficient, cost-effective material management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Stock Management skills to maintain accurate records and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Candidates should be proficient in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track materials, manage reorder points, and minimize wastage or stockouts.
- Candidates should have experience with Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and coordination with procurement and suppliers.
- Relevant experience in store operations, supply chain, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP or inventory management software.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support audits and compliance requirements.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
