Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

- Drive sales and achieve store revenue targets.

- Manage, train, and motivate the store team.

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns.

- Oversee inventory, stock accuracy, and visual merchandising.

- Monitor store KPIs, sales performance, and operational compliance.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, cash handling, and security standards.

- Coordinate with Head Office for stock, promotions, and store operations.

- Prepare reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.

- Maintain a positive, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment.

Preferred candidate profile





- 5+ years of experience in Fashion, Jewellery, Luxury, or Lifestyle Retail.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager with strong team leadership skills.

- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving business targets.

- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on experience in inventory management and store operations.

- Proficient in MS Office and retail billing/POS systems.

- Solid problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
