Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house activities, and maintaining product presentation and cleanliness standards.

Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and implement retail loss prevention measures to safeguard assets. This position also involves handling customer queries and feedback, resolving issues promptly,



and promoting products in alignment with brand guidelines.

Manager will track sales performance, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with management to execute store-level marketing and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive in-store experience.
- Clear and skilled Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Store Management experience, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and day-to-day retail operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and protect store assets.
- Previous experience in food retail, FMCG, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and basic numerical skills for handling sales reports and stock counts.
- Comfort with using POS systems and basic digital tools; familiarity with modern retail formats is beneficial.
- Preferred educational background: diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
