Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to achieve sales targets and minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage rates through effective loss prevention measures.
- Oversee retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in retail industry as a Store Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
- Proficiency in using technology for point-of-sale systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
