Role Description The Store Manager role at Hidesign is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.
The Store
Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies. This role involves leading and coaching store team members, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Manager will address customer inquiries and concerns, maintain high standards of service, manage retail loss prevention measures, and ensure the store environment reflects Hidesign’s brand values. The role also includes reporting on sales, analyzing store performance, and collaborating with regional and head office teams to implement promotional and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams and engage with diverse customers.
Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales performance monitoring.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and minimize shrinkage.
Proven experience in retail or fashion/luxury goods, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Ability to work on-site with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and initiative.
Relevant education in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
