Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to company policies and standards. This role drives sales performance, monitors key metrics, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and problem resolution.

Manager is responsible for maintaining store hygiene and safety,



implementing retail loss prevention measures, and coordinating with regional leadership on promotions, reporting, and process improvements. The position also involves training and coaching team members, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting brand guidelines within the store.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Store Management skills, including team supervision, inventory handling, and adherence to operational procedures.

Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a customer-focused store environment.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members, customers, and management.

Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills, with attention to compliance, shrinkage control, and safeguarding store assets.

Relevant experience in retail or store management, preferably in appliances, building materials, or premium consumer brands.

Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities, basic proficiency in MS Office, and comfort with using POS and retail software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.

Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
