Store Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off

You will own the customer experience while taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has an eye for presentation and naturally takes ownership.

Key Responsibilities · Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and gifting options.

· Create memorable shopping and gifting experiences.

· Handle billing and POS operations accurately.

· Manage WhatsApp and customer enquiries.

· Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.

· Coordinate with the Store Associate for smooth daily operations.





· Support corporate gifting enquiries and order coordination.

· Assist with inventory management and stock upkeep.

· Ensure the store consistently reflects Tsokha's standards.

Who We're Looking For · Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

· Warm, friendly and confident personality.

· Strong customer service mindset.

· Keen eye for aesthetics and presentation.

· Ownership, responsibility and willingness to learn.

· Basic computer skills.

· Retail or hospitality experience preferred (not mandatory).
