Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.

- Perform regular inventory checks, stock audits, and physical stock verification.

- Manage inbound operations, including receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming

goods.

- Handle outbound operations, including order picking, packing, dispatch, and

shipment coordination.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to the concerned team.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse.

- Update inventory transactions in ERP/software or Excel on a daily basis.

- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams for smooth inventory

movement.





- Maintain documentation for goods received, dispatched, and returned.

- Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the storage area.

- Assist in minimizing inventory discrepancies and reducing stock losses.
