Neem Crafts LLP is looking for an experienced and organized Store Incharge to manage our inventory, warehouse, and material movement efficiently. We welcome applications from both male and female candidates who have prior experience in store and inventory management, preferably in the textile, handicraft, home furnishing, or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

Manage day-to-day operations of the raw material and finished goods store.

Maintain accurate inventory records in physical and digital formats.

Ensure timely receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.

Verify inward and outward stock with proper documentation.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of all materials.

Coordinate with Production, Sampling, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.

Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.





Ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory control practices.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store area.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

Prevent inventory losses through proper monitoring and control.

Preferred Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as a Store Incharge/Store Executive

Experience in Textile, Home Furnishing, Handicrafts, Garments, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred

Graduate in any discipline

Working knowledge of MS Excel /Inventory Management Systems

Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills
