The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Incharge to manage our showroom operations and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, driving walk-in sales, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in representing the Kottanz brand and creating memorable customer experiences.

What You'll Own

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.

· Welcome and assist walk-in customers and drive sales through excellent customer service.

· Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.

· Handle billing, inventory management, and stock replenishment.

· Build strong customer relationships and ensure a delightful shopping experience.





· Maintain daily sales and inventory records.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.

· Support promotional campaigns and festive sales initiatives.

What We're Looking For

· 1 to 3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Showroom Management, or Store Operations.

· Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is mandatory.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

· Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil will be an added advantage.

· A warm, well-groomed, and professional personality with a positive attitude.

· Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.

· Basic understanding of inventory management, billing, and store operations.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail workplace.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail billing/POS systems will be an added advantage.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail showroom operations.

· A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability.
