Designation : Store Incharge Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and store administration.

Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Manage manpower requirements, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, shift planning, leave, and overall team performance.

Drive walk-in conversions and promote Ajmal's perfume and gifting range.

Ensure stock availability, timely replenishment, inventory accuracy, and minimal stock discrepancies.

Maintain visual merchandising, store ambience, cleanliness, and brand standards.

Monitor billing accuracy, daily sales reconciliation, and prepare sales/MIS reports.

Resolve customer queries and complaints while ensuring high customer satisfaction.





Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to drive business growth.

Coordinate with HR, Warehouse, Operations, and other departments for smooth store functioning.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene, and statutory requirements. Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Graduation

Preferred 3–5 years of retail store management experience, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, luxury, or fashion retail.

Robust leadership, manpower management, communication, and customer service skills.

Good knowledge of retail sales, KPIs, inventory management, Billing Software, and MS Excel.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
