Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing materials using ERP tools.

- Technical Supervision: Identify, verify, and handle specialized transformer components and electrical raw materials.

- Documentation: Generate purchase requisitions, material receipt notes (MRN), and dispatch documents.

- Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock verification to prevent shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

- Vendor Coordination: Support the procurement team by tracking delivery schedules and checking material quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Software: Advanced proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

- Domain Knowledge: Solid technical understanding of transformer parts and manufacturing materials.

- Education: Preferred- Technical degree or diploma (ITI / B.Tech), Any Graduate.

- Competencies: Solid organizational skills, inventory accuracy, and leadership capabilities
