- Handling & monitoring of Inbound & Outbound activity.
- Responsible for maintaining correct record all inbound material from Import. And record of Dispatch material.
- Planning, co-coordinating and monitoring the complete In-bound, Put away, Picking, Packing, and Work in progress and out -bound process.
- Preparing the documents like Invoice, Delivery challan, packing list, e-Way bill and MIS report.
- Handling Customer complaints related to Packaging, Delivery, Biker issues etc. Close co-ordination with Packing Team and inspiring them for continuous Improvement in both picking and packing to avoid any transit and handling risk.
- Monitoring the daily dispatches with nominated Delivery boys and arranging for the committed deliveries to customer.
