3. Coordinate maintenance activities with vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
4. Perform regular audits and develop documentation for processes and issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
1. 8–10 years of experience in backup and storage infrastructure.
2. Expertise with NetApp, Hitachi, Veritas NetBackup, and EMC technologies.
3. Robust understanding of SAN/NAS technologies and performance troubleshooting.
4. Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
