NMansi Share & Stock Brokers Private Limited is looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Accounts and Finance team.

NRole Description:

NThe Stock Market AccountsManager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position manages client investment accounts, monitors stock market positions, and ensures accurate recording of trades and transactions.

NExperience: 3–5 Years

NIndustry: Stock Broking / Financial Services

NLocation: Borivali, Mumbai

NKey Responsibilities:

N· Managing Stock Broking Accounts and accounting operations

N· Finalization of financial statements

N· Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits

N· Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance

N· TDS & GST compliance, filing, and reconciliations

N· Handling daily finance and treasury operations for the Group Companies

N· Preparation of MIS reports and financial analysis





N· Coordination with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

N· Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements

NRequired Skills:

N· Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

N· 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience

N· Strong knowledge of Stock Broking Accounting

N· Expertise in Financial Finalization, Audit, Taxation, TDS & GST

N· Sound understanding of daily finance operations and cash flow management

N· Proficiency in MS Exceland accounting/ERP software (LD Software and Tally)

N· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

N· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field;

relevant certifications(e.G., NISM) are beneficial.

N· Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to ethical and regulatory compliance.
