STEM Facilitator (Neurodiverse Learning)

Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a passionate STEM Facilitator with 1–2 years of experience in STEM education who enjoys making science, technology, engineering, and mathematics engaging through hands-on, project-based learning.
Experience working with neurodiverse children is preferred; however, candidates with a strong understanding of neurodiversity and an interest in inclusive education are also encouraged to apply.

Role Overview
As a STEM Facilitator, you will design and deliver engaging, hands-on STEM learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. You will work closely with neurodiverse learners, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles while fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and facilitate interactive STEM sessions using project-based and experiential learning approaches.
Teach concepts across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through hands-on activities and real-world applications.
Adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to support neurodiverse learners with varying strengths and needs.
Foster curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and independent thinking among students.
Track student progress through observations, projects, and skill-based assessments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Maintain student documentation, progress records, and classroom resources.
Participate in curriculum development, team meetings, and continuous learning initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
1–2 years of experience in STEM education or facilitating STEM-based learning.
Strong understanding of STEM concepts and hands-on learning methodologies.
Knowledge of neurodiversity and inclusive education practices.
Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills.
Passion for working with children and creating engaging learning experiences.
Good to Have
Experience working with neurodiverse children, including learners with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, or Gifted/2E profiles.
Exposure to project-based learning (PBL), maker education, robotics, coding, design thinking, or innovation-based learning.
Familiarity with educational technology and STEM tools.
