We are looking for an experienced and innovative R&D; Lead to drive the development of current educational products, kits, models, experiments and technology-based learning solutions.
The role will manage the complete product development cycle, from research and concept creation to prototyping, testing, curriculum alignment, manufacturing handover and implementation. The person will work closely with engineering, curriculum, content, training, operations, procurement, production and sales teams. The role requires a strong combination of technical knowledge, product development experience, educational understanding, leadership and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- •Lead development of new STEM/STEAM, AI, robotics, electronics, aerospace educational products •Manage the complete product cycle from research and concept development to prototyping, testing, and launch •Design safe, durable, engaging, cost-effective and classroom-ready products •Align products with NEP 2020, school curriculum, learning objectives and age-appropriate activities •Prepare technical drawings, circuit diagrams, bills of materials,
