Adeeva Technologies is expanding its leadership team and is looking for experienced, result-driven sales professionals to join us as State Head across various locations in India. ????????: PAN India ????????: #Mobile #Accessories and #Cure #Finance #Locker ?????????? ????????: 5–10 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in a leadership or regional management capacity.

?????????????: MBA or Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

????????? ???????? ??????????: Telecom, Banking, Fintech, Mobile Accessories, or Distribution. ??? ????????????????:

- Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage field sales teams across the assigned territory
- Drive market expansion through new channel partnerships and distributor onboarding.
- Own and deliver on sales, revenue, and distribution goals for the state.

5.Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.

6.Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to keep the business competitive.

7.Report performance metrics and market insights to senior leadership regularly. ????? ????????? ???????:
