As a Startup Incubation Associate (Trainee), you will work closely with the leadership team across multiple startup initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to the complete startup lifecycle, from idea generation and market validation to product discovery, MVP planning, and early business growth.

Identify and research emerging startup opportunities across industries. Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support venture validation. Support customer discovery and idea validation through structured research.





Assist in developing business models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies. Contribute to product discovery, user research, and MVP planning. Prepare business cases, presentations, and strategic documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams during MVP planning and execution. Track validation experiments, analyse findings, and present actionable insights. Support founders and venture teams in day-to-day incubation activities.

Stay updated on startup ecosystems, AI innovations, and emerging market trends.

Required

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent research and critical thinking skills. Strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, with the ability to leverage them for research, analysis, rapid prototyping, and problem-solving.

Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity and a willingness to learn. Strong ownership and a proactive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Management, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply. Internship experience in startups, consulting, research, product management, or venture building will be an added advantage.
