- What You'll Do
- Create clear, intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization features
- Design user flows and interactions that simplify complex tasks
- Contribute to and maintain our global design system
- Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Work closely with product teams to understand user needs
- Create detailed design specifications and assets for development
- Collaborate with a global team of designers to ensure consistent experiences
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the design process
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and research findings
- What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UX design with a professional portfolio showcasing:
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience designing data visualizations and complex interfaces
- Ability to craft clear user flows and interactions
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience
