Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Localization Coordinator to manage multilingual localization projects, ensuring scripts and subtitles are delivered accurately and on time. The role involves coordinating with translators, monitoring project timelines, handling escalations, and maintaining smooth communication with internal teams and external language partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate multilingual localization projects and ensure timely delivery of scripts and subtitles.
- Assign tasks to translators and editors based on availability and project requirements.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and milestones using internal tools and dashboards.
- Communicate regularly with translators and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.
- Update project schedules, timelines, and task status accurately in internal systems.
- Monitor project risks, identify potential delays, and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with Order Management regarding project updates, revised timelines, and client requirements.
- Ensure all language projects meet quality standards and client specifications.




- Handle translator payment-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily reports and monitor workload, project pipeline, and team capacity.
- Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.

Required Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with project management or localization tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
