Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse - Shift Incharge to lead our nursing team during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during assigned shifts
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Manage staff schedules and assignments
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist in training and mentoring nursing staff
- Implement and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification with the Nursing Council of India
- 3-10 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
