Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, treasury management, budgeting, internal controls, and business finance activities. This role will work closely with the CFO and leadership team to ensure financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and support IPO readiness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, monthly and annual financial closing activities, and preparation of financial statements under Ind AS • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable statutory regulations • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Treasury Operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, MIS reporting, and variance analysis




- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities • Support IPO-related activities, including due diligence, DRHP financial disclosures, SEBI compliance, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) • Drive process improvement initiatives, ERP optimization, automation projects, and financial transformation programs
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, governance processes, and compliance frameworks • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while ensuring operational efficiency Required Experience & Skills • Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
- CA Intermediate / Semi-Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience may also be considered • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Internal Controls, and Corporate Compliance • Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and statutory compliance requirements
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and cash flow planning • Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools • Strong analytical, leadership,



stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, growth-oriented environment Qualification • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred • CA Intermediate / Semi-Qualified with 5+ years of relevant experience may also apply Preferred Background • Experience in export-oriented businesses and foreign currency accounting
- Exposure to IPO readiness, listed company compliance, capital markets, or regulatory reporting
- Experience with Big 4 firms will be an added advantage • Familiarity with ERP implementation, finance automation, and digital transformation initiatives • Experience in AI, SaaS, IT, Technology, or high-growth startup environments preferred Key Success Measures
