We are looking for a highly skilled SRE & DevOps Engineer with robust Node.js expertise to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud-native applications and platforms.

This role requires hands-on experience in DevOps automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, production support, monitoring, and Node.js application development.

The candidate will work closely with development, infrastructure, and product teams to build resilient systems, automate operational processes, and drive engineering excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure production environments.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and automated application deployments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using industry-standard observability tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, application issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management best practices.
- Support containerized workloads and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to operational standards.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive action planning.




- Create and maintain operational runbooks, technical documentation, and deployment procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability, monitoring, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js application development and troubleshooting.
- Experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux-based environments.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Strong scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning and configuration management tools.
- Good understanding of networking, system performance tuning, and application scalability.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and incident management capabilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience supporting AI/ML platforms or data-intensive applications.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications.
- Experience with performance optimization and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
