Swift Hire LLC is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, self-driven recruiter to join our team in Bhopal and place top talent against our US client requirements.
THE ESSENTIALS:-
- Onsite — Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
- Night shift, aligned to US business hours
- 2–4 years of US IT recruiting — experienced only, no freshers
WHAT YOU'LL DO:-
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US requirements across IT and non-IT
- Run multiple reqs end-to-end — from sourcing through offer
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and keep candidates engaged
- Keep the pipeline full and the ATS clean
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:-
- Strong sourcing on US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder)
and LinkedIn
- Solid grasp of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work-authorization types
- A multitasker who runs a full desk independently — and still helps the team
- Sharp, resourceful, a quick learner, with excellent English
