Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

- Use advanced sourcing strategies to identify potential IT talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.

Client Interaction:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Job Posting and Advertising:

- Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Assessment:

- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and screenings.

Negotiation and Offer Process:

- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience during onboarding.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and organizational policies, maintaining accurate records.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about IT industry trends, salary benchmarks,



and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

- 1–2 years as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on technical roles.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment.
- Certifications such as CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) or CRS (Certified Recruitment Specialist) are a plus.
