Role Description

- Lead tier I/II software support activities for the entire suite of custom development activities.

- Develop and maintain custom software applications using Microsoft development tools and technologies with industry's best practice and coding standards.

- Programming using ASP.NET, C#.NET, JavaScript, SQL, JQuery, knock Out and Microsoft reporting services, Develop and maintain tools required for application and performance monitoring suite.

- Build intelligent, scalable web applications by combining ASP.NET Core with AI frameworks and LLMs

- Author and maintain application support and monitor documentation.

- Facilitate code deployments.

- Troubleshoot user and platform issues.

- Technical analysis to identify scope for potential issues and improvements.

- Participates in gathering user/customer functional requirements.

- Provide IT solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency

- Meet regularly with applications team to solicit feedback on needs.

- Responsible for planning and coordinating IT service management processes such as change management, release management and incident management.

- Participate in software testing, load testing and code review.

- Project management.

- Mentorship of junior-level software support developers.

- Technical leadership.

- Software architectural design.

Skill Requirements

Primary Skills (Must Have Skills)





- Building and enhancing custom solutions using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and web services. ASP.NET Core with AI frameworks

- Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap

- JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, AngularJS

- SQL Programming

- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or any other ticket management tool

- Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS/SSIS/Power BI)

Secondary Skills: (Good to Have)

- .NET integration experience with SAP ERP System, salesforce, CyberSource and Paymetric Systems

- Experience using the tools: Jira, Octopus, Azure Devops, Microsoft Web performance testing tool and Cybersource Business Center payment management system

- Delivering IT software solutions in validated environment in medical device industry will be a plus

Qualifications And Education Requirements

- Bachelor's / master's degree in computer engineering/computer science or any similar field

- Minimum of eight years experience as a software developer preferred in Microsoft Technologies
