About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Configuration Analyst to support ADMS/COTS configuration, implementation, automation, and integration for a leading utility client.

This role is ideal for professionals with utility industry experience and hands-on expertise with Emerson/OSI/Aspen Tech ADMS platforms, particularly in configuration and implementation rather than solution design.

Analyze business and data requirements and evaluate vendor software capabilities.

Configure, maintain, and optimize Emerson/OSI/Aspen Tech ADMS solutions.

Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities.

Support integrations between ADMS/COTS platforms and enterprise systems.





Develop advanced scripts and embedded software for configuration and workflow automation.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve solution quality and performance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners.

Provide technical guidance and support to product teams.

Ensure configurations meet quality, reliability, scalability, and operational requirements.

Required

Experience

Previous experience working with utility clients such as Duke Energy, DTE, CMS Energy, etc.

Hands-on experience with Emerson/OSI/Aspen Tech ADMS.

Strong experience in ADMS/COTS configuration and implementation.

Robust scripting/programming experience with one or more of:

.NET

C#

SQL

Visual Basic

ABAP

Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise integrations.

Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technical teams.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
