About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr.

Supply Chain

Executive to oversee our global end-to-end physical supply chain. This role is highly focused on international logistics, temperature-controlled cold chain management, and compliance-driven shipping/export operations to key global markets, including the US, UK, Canada, and beyond. The successful candidate will ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 (Clause 7) standards and Valuable Distribution Practices (GDP) to maintain the absolute integrity, safety, and efficacy of clinical supplies, APIs, and RLDs during international transit.

Key Responsibilities

Global Logistics & Export Management: Oversee end-to-end physical supply chain execution from Final Purchase Order (PO) handover to confirmed delivery at final global destinations.

Cold Chain & Temperature Control: Manage strict temperature-sensitive shipping requirements (e.g., 2–8°C Cold Chain and 15–25°C Controlled Room Temperature), including the selection of thermal packaging, insulated shippers, and the deployment of calibrated data loggers.

Regulatory & Documentation Compliance: Own and verify all critical export documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Quality Assurance:



Ensure all logistics activities seamlessly align with QMS requirements, GDP guidelines, and ISO 9001:2015 frameworks. 3PL & Vendor Management: Evaluate and select shipping modes (EXW, Courier, Air Cargo) based on urgency, volume, and cost, while securing freight approvals and managing third-party logistics providers.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation: Actively monitor international shipments, generate AWBs, manage transit delays, and secure Proof of Delivery (POD).

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in Supply Chain Management with a heavy focus on international logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance procedures for the US, UK, and Canada.

Domain Expertise: Strong background in pharmaceutical, clinical trial, or life sciences logistics, with thorough knowledge of Cold Chain management, GDP, and GMP regulations.

Incoterms Proficiency: Deep understanding of global trade operations and Incoterms (specifically EXW, DAP, etc.).

Process Oriented: Prior experience working within an ISO 9001:2015 certified environment is highly preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with international clients, project management teams, and global vendors. Strong risk management abilities to handle deviations and transit challenges.
