Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales of our electrical and solar products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
- Visit clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Follow up on inquiries, payments, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify current opportunities.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the electrical, solar, or industrial sector.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of electrical panels, solar products, or industrial equipment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
